These terms describe the free use of Bankerado in early access.

1. Provider and service

Bankerado is an entertainment game in early access. You can play it with a guest account or an account.

2. Your account

You can sign in using an available login provider or an email code. Only use credentials you are authorised to use, and protect codes and sessions from unauthorised access. You can link additional providers through account management. You can also play as a guest without signing in. If you sign out or clear the website data before linking a sign-in method, the progress of a guest account cannot be restored. A guest account nobody has played with for 90 days is deleted automatically. If purchases are offered, they require a linked sign-in method. Minors require the consent of their legal representative where required by law.

3. Costs and virtual content

The current account service is free. Creating an account does not enter you into paid subscriptions or purchases. Virtual currencies, prices, assets and winnings in the game, including the casino and market stories, have no monetary value and create no right to payment. The casino and all stakes in the game use game money only; real money can neither be staked nor paid out. Bankerado does not provide banking services or execute real securities transactions for you.

4. Fair use

Use the service lawfully. Unauthorised access to other accounts, attacks on infrastructure, bypassing access restrictions and unlawful display or club names or names infringing third-party rights are prohibited. We may temporarily restrict access to the extent necessary for security checks or in cases of specific abuse. Where possible, we inform affected users and allow the matter to be clarified through our contact address.

5. Development and availability

During development, features may change, be added or be temporarily interrupted, for example for maintenance and fixes. Creating an account does not promise a particular release date or scope of future features. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Ending use and data

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account after signing in again, or a guest account directly in account management. After deletion, the profile cannot be restored. Processing of personal data and any continuing statutory retention requirements are described in the privacy notice.
